ARK Staffing Solutions was founded by Patrick Moore, who spent 20 years recruiting across the locum tenens industry before deciding the model needed to change. After two decades of hearing the same complaints from clinicians and hospitals — inconsistent quality, relationships that reset with every assignment, staffing treated as a transaction rather than a partnership. Patrick built ARK around a different premise: that better relationships produce better outcomes, for patients and for the people who care for them.
We specialize in four primary hospital-based specialties — anesthesiology, radiology, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine — and serve CRNAs specifically through our dedicated brand, CRNA Together. We’ve recently started filling locum positions for pediatrics and GI as well.

ARK Staffing Solutions and CRNA Together are founded and led by Patrick Moore. After working in the locum tenens staffing industry for 20 years, Patrick recognized the need for a new approach to locum tenens staffing after hearing the same complaints echoed time and time again: the candidates we’re getting aren’t who they were promised to be, and our recruiting partners only seem to care about the transaction.
Combining his decades of experience recruiting across specialties—radiology, anesthesiology, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine—and his desire to help provide better outcomes for patients, our brands have a united commitment to building lasting relationships on both sides of the table.
