Staffing for Growth
A medical center in the Upper Midwest was preparing to open a new outpatient surgical center while simultaneously facing the loss of nearly a dozen anesthesiologists and CRNAs from its staff.
Based on our proven history of success, ARK and CRNA Together earned complete buy-in from the medical center’s anesthesia leadership team.
Over 95% of the anesthesia clinicians submitted by ARK and CRNA Together were approved for medical staff privileges. This collaboration resulted in an outstanding achievement — filling 18 FTE points of service within just 45 days.
ARK's Broad Network
The only Level 1 trauma hospital in a major East Coast city faced an urgent need for 15 full-time CRNAs per day to meet demand for regular surgical procedures.
Within 90 days, we met that need — staffing 15 CRNAs per day, all sourced from outside a 60-mile radius of the hospital, effectively tapping into clinicians the facility couldn’t reach on its own.
This success opened the door for pediatric, trauma, cardiac, and OB cases, increasing the number of clinicians provided by CRNA Together to 30.

Large Scale Projects
We worked with a large anesthesia management group on the West Coast to fill a provider program that required over 50 clinicians. Working hand in hand as a trusted partner, CRNA Together was able to fully staff the program with just 60 days’ notice.
We presented 33 providers, had 25 credentialed, and of those, 21 worked shifts. In total, we filled 1,720 shifts for this project using our robust network of clinicians.
Without weekly calls, access to clinical leaders, and a close credentialing relationship, none of this would have been possible.
A Bridge Success Story
A medical center in the Southwest received a 30-day cancellation notice from their outsourced anesthesia management company. Their CEO reached out to ARK directly for assistance as they transitioned to an internal staffing solution. We were able to help bridge the gap between these two approaches.
ARK provided 11 anesthesia clinicians who started within the first 30 days, each with commitments of at least 90 days. With the staffing need met, internal recruiting efforts were able to proceed without missing a beat.
